The Application
The MICROLAB 600 is a highly precise syringe pump with a graphical user interface designed to quickly and easily dispense and dilute liquids. This positive displacement system provides better than 99% accuracy, independent of a liquid’s viscosity, vapor, pressure, and temperature. The inert fluid path minimizes sample carry over and improves compatibility with harsh chemicals.
The Solution
A custom configuration of the phyCORE-LPC3250 System on Module provides the processing power for the MICROLAB 600, and PHYTEC’s review of and recommendations for the end-application Carrier Board design enabled Hamilton to fast track product development of the device.
PHYTEC also helped Hamilton by integrating the application code on top of the LPC3250 Windows Embedded CE Board Support Package.
