This SOM supports a Rockchip Arm® Cortex®-A17 processor. It offers a Quad-Core CPU as well as a Mali-T764 GPU. Rockchip RK3288 easily plays back full HD video and is also well suited for multitasking, provided that enough free RAM is available. This SOM is well suited for mobile and multimedia applications.

phyCORE-RK3288 interfaces are routed to our high-density PCB interconnects on the underside of the SOM. Design the mating connectors on your carrier board.

Multimedia Performance

1080P h.264 decoding and encoding, HDMI 2.0 for 4K60p playback, 4K h.265 decoding and the Mali-T764 graphics accelerator provide for impressive and rich multimedia performance.
