The Texas Instruments’ AM57x processor family leads the Sitara™ family with 10,500 DMIPs and each core running up to 1.5 GHz. With single and dual core offerings, the fully integrated mixed processor solution features the Arm Cortex-A15 and Arm Cortex-M4 as well as two TI C66x DSP cores and PRU-ICSS for real time time-control.

Board-To-Board Interface

The phyCORE®-AM57x SOM utilizes ruggedized connectors. Most of the advanced AM57x interface signals are routed to our high-density PCB interconnects on the underside of the SOM. 

Flexible Flash

The phyCORE®-AM57x SOM utilizes a dual-flash-footprint that allows for population of SLC NAND or eMMC. Choose the best flash for your application.

Software

The PHYTEC BSP software package is based on TI’s own TISDK. This means that PHYTEC supports all of the TI SDKs for the C66x DSPs, the PowerVR SGX 540, and even TI-RTOS. Start your advanced software application development on a phyCORE®-AM57x SOM now.

Small Footprint
